TMP Construction

TMP Construction are a family-run building firm serving Suffolk and Essex, taking on extensions, renovations and groundwork. They needed a site that made them look as established as they are and made it easy for a homeowner to start a conversation.

It is one half of a pair. TMP Garden Builders is their sister company, covering garden rooms and outdoor builds, and the two sites were built together as deliberate siblings.

Four pages - home, about, services and contact - covering who they are, the work they take on, and how to reach them. Photography of completed jobs does most of the persuading, so the layout gets out of its way.

The contact form is the only place the site takes input, and the only thing it really needs to do reliably.

Next.js 16 with the App Router, React 19 and Tailwind CSS, with Phosphor icons throughout. The pages are static, so they are fast to load on a phone with a poor signal on a building site.

The contact form validates with Zod inside the server action, sits behind Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out, and delivers through Resend.

This site and TMP Garden Builders share a layout and component structure and are separated by an accent palette - grey here, green there. Keeping them structurally identical means a fix or improvement to one is a small, predictable change to the other rather than two separate pieces of work.
